Where can you find a liberty quarter, motorcycle, tiki hut, a 25th anniversary cake, racecars and a $25 bill all in one frozen and snowy place? Oscoda’s Snow Box Derby, of course!

Sponsored by Chemical Bank of Oscoda, the Oscoda-AuSable Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Snow Box Derby this past Sunday. It was a day filled with family fun at the Old Orchard Park’s small, smooth and friendly sled hill. Oscoda’s annual snow box derby  has grown into one of the most fun and unique competitions you'll ever witness (or be involved in).

With over 20 snow box entries, it was a great event benefiting the Oscoda-AuSable community. Prizes were awarded for creativity, speed and best of this year’s theme “25”.
